What time is collection and delivery?

Domestic customers from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday.

Commercial customers from 8am to 2pm 7 Days a week.

Can I drop off my laundry?

You can drop of your laundry to us or we can collect it, whatever is easier for you.

How do I pay?

Cleaning customers, an invoice will be sent on the last clean of each month, which is payable online.

Laundry customers, when we have started to wash your laundry, you will receive an invoice by email, 

which can be paid online.

 

Commercial customers you will receive an itemised list and invoice, a monthly account can be arranged, please contact us to find out more.

 

Is there a minimum spending required for collection and delivery?

Yes, for free collection and delivery a minimum spend of £20. A collection/delivery charge of £5.00 may apply depending on area.

Can you supply bedding for my Holiday property?

We supply bedding only to holiday properties that we clean, all of our bedding and towels are purchased from Richard Haworth and are hotel quality white linen.   

Do we clean?

Yes we do, we help holiday property owners that have their own Airbnbs, we clean, supply bedding, towels and other essentials that the properties may need.

 

When do i know if my laundry is ready?

You will receive an email to say your laundry is ready, (please check junk/spam box).

When are we open?

We are open between 7am and 3pm, we have a drop off/collection box outside in case we have had to pop out!

Mixed colours?

Mixed colours will be washed at the same time unless you have asked for them to be separated.

What if I am not happy with something?

Please call us we are always happy to help in any way we can, we don't have a large number of staff or a call centre

How can I cancel a Clean 

To stop a House clean please send us an email to crlaundry@outlook.com we ask for at least 2 weeks' notice before the date you wish to stop the clean. (unless out of your control)

 

 

 If we turn up to clean at the time and date you have asked and we cannot gain access you will still be charge for our traveling time unless you have contacted us.
